Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong SAAS background in B2B marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in all aspects of B2B marketing, including demand generation, campaign planning and execution, content creation, and product-specific marketing. Reporting directly to and working closely with the CMO, this role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive demand for our products and services. Work with the Demand Generation Manager to implement multi-channel campaigns to attract and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance. Analyse campaign performance and generate reports for the CMO.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, and social media updates. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute product-specific marketing strategies. Create and manage go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Work with the CMO on the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing events, ensuring each event aligns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives. This includes managing event logistics, budgets, and timelines to deliver successful and impactful experiences. The Marketing Manager will work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to create events that drive brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, they will analyse the success of each event, gathering feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve future event initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
• Work closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Team and other senior leaders to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster strong cross-functional relationships with sales, product, and customer success teams
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in marketing software and tools, such as HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
